Harrisburg is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Harrisburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I took my car in for repair on April 1, 2026, after it had been rear-ended the week prior. I was told repairs would most likely take a week. However, the lift gate ordered took longer arrive than anticipated. On 4/17 I was informed it was just now discovered that it also required a rear body panel which had to be ordered and repairs would likely take even longer. On 4/30/26 I was finally informed I could pick up my vehicle. When I go there and was able to go over the vehicle, I immediately noticed the paint color on the new lift gate did not match. I was willing to accept that as I know it can sometimes be impossible to 100% match a color - although my car wasn't very old so there shouldn't have been much fading to the paint. I also noticed that there was a spot on the driver side where a plastic accent met the paint where the brand new paint was already crack and chipping, so you could see the original framework of the lift gate. I was told in order to fix it, they would have to completely redo the paint job. Fine. On 5/30/26 I made my second attempt to pick up my vehicle. This time I made it as far as 1/2 mile down the road before systems started going haywire, lights on the da

My car got hit and almost totaled while parked. Almost 6years ago. I took it here to get fixed. They didnt finish fixing it and after almost 6years of trying to get them to finish fixing it they finally got all the parts(i hope)put on. They got paid fully in the beginning! The communication here is awful. I will never recommend here nor use their services again!

I canβt thank this place enough for how quickly & attentively they handled my car needing repairs after I was rear-ended in traffic. They kept me up to date as repairs were underway and once completed, pickup was a breeze! Fantastic job!

Came in because a deer hit the side of the car. Had to come in 4 separate times because of minor issues. The windows on that specific side wouldnβt close all the way. Would stop half way and youβd have to do it again. There was water that was gathering in side the windows, and I understand itβs supposed to go down, but after a car wash the water was still there after 3 or 4 days. Nothing on the other side. Kept having to go back, they were nice but the serviceβ¦ not so much.

My car was hit and needed body work on the whole passenger side and between Faulkner Collision, Travelers insurance, and enterprise it was such an easy and smooth process. They gave the estimate and got me scheduled for repair within a week and got my car back to me in less than two week. Enterprise dropped my rental off and I was able to leave it at Faulkner. Tom even helped me move a bunch of items from the rental into my car!!! Thank you so much!!! (Before and after photos included)
